The Doors · Fillmore East poster
Fillmore East poster for The Doors — March 1968 night in the exclusive-designer era.
The Doors Fillmore East poster is part of the 1968 Bill Graham program Byrd designed as exclusive poster artist.
Estate stock and Big Cartel masters preserve the black-ground Doors sheet among early East Village commissions.
Together with Traffic, Airplane, Moody Blues, Beach Boys, and Mothers of Invention, it shows how dense the first Fillmore year was.
