Alice Cooper · Welcome to My Nightmare tour
Tour poster for Alice Cooper’s Welcome to My Nightmare (1975).
The Welcome to My Nightmare tour sheet sits in the mid-1970s rock theater cluster with Day of the Locust and Lou Reed packaging.
The Welcome to My Nightmare tour opened in Kalamazoo on 21 August 1975 and ran, with interruptions, until April 1977. Byrd’s poster marks the Pittsburgh date at the Stanley Theatre. The show was briefly banned in Australia and New Zealand before the ban was lifted and the tour went on.
